About Albert

I was born in a farming village in Mainland China. My mom took me and my sister to HK when I was a young kid. We lived in the infamous Kowloon Walled City (blog) until it was demolished.

After studying Engineering at the University of Hong Kong,  I served in a campus ministry. During this time, I also finished my M.Th from the University of Aberdeen, and an M.A. and D.Min from Fuller Theological Seminary.

I now serve as a pastor in Island ECC, overseeing the Care Group and Equipping ministries. Occasionally I also teach part time at a seminary, mostly on Pauline Epistles.

​

I am happily married with two boys.
